While the location and facilities are great, noise from neighboring guests can be bothersome at times.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, situated in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood. It was not far from the bus stop, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff was very attentive and provided clear directions on how to get to the hotel, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and I didn't mind that the bathroom was shared on the first floor. Breakfast was also good with a nice selection of items.
Everything was great, no complaints.

Spent my Xmas here and loved it! The location was perfect - just a short tram ride to the city center, and the area was full of charming architecture and cafes. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the homemade bread and coffee. Plus, the key system made check-in and out a breeze. The rooms were cozy, with soft blankets and a lovely view.
One thing I noticed was that the shared bathroom could use a little more attention. Sometimes other guests didn't clean up after themselves, which made it difficult to use.
